Gurugram, Haryana, India — June 2026 — NAB Innovation Centre India (NAB India) has appointed Anisha Bhardwaj as Senior Vice President – Culture & Capability, strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues to invest in talent development, leadership capability, organizational culture, and workforce transformation.
In her new role, Anisha will lead initiatives focused on culture building, learning transformation, leadership development, capability enhancement, and people growth strategies. She will play a key role in supporting NAB India’s mission of developing high-performing teams while enabling exceptional outcomes for customers, colleagues, and communities.
Anisha brings more than 17 years of experience across learning and development, capability building, organizational transformation, leadership development, talent strategy, and workforce effectiveness. Prior to joining NAB Innovation Centre India, she served as Director – Learning Transformation and Governance at Optum, where she led enterprise learning transformation initiatives, governance frameworks, and capability-building programs. Earlier, she held the position of Associate Director – Learning Transformation and Governance, contributing significantly to learning strategy and organizational development initiatives.
Before joining Optum, Anisha spent nearly eight years with British Telecom, where she served as Head of Learning and Capability. In this role, she led large-scale learning, talent development, and capability-building programs, supporting workforce transformation and leadership effectiveness across the organization.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions with Tech Live Connect as Senior Training Manager, where she led communication, technical, sales, and behavioural training functions. She also served as Project Program Management Advisor at Dell International, gaining valuable experience in program management, business transformation, and capability development. Her professional journey began in learning and consulting roles with Door Training and Consulting India, where she developed expertise in organizational learning and leadership training.
With extensive experience spanning learning transformation, capability development, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, culture building, and organizational change, Anisha is well-positioned to support NAB India’s next phase of growth and innovation.
Her appointment reflects the increasing importance organizations place on building strong cultures, future-ready capabilities, and leadership pipelines that can drive sustained business performance in a rapidly evolving business environment.
