Dubai, United Arab Emirates — June 2026 — Bahwan CyberTek Group (BCT) has appointed Amrinder Singh as its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership transition as the global digital transformation company accelerates its growth strategy in an increasingly AI-driven technology services landscape.
Amrinder assumes leadership of the organization at a pivotal moment for the technology services industry, where enterprises worldwide are rapidly embracing artificial intelligence, automation, predictive analytics, and digital transformation to reimagine business operations and customer experiences.
With nearly 27 years of experience in global technology services, Amrinder has built a distinguished career leading business growth, digital transformation, customer engagement, and international market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and India. His appointment comes as Bahwan CyberTek seeks to strengthen its position in an AI-first world where organizations are increasingly moving from traditional delivery models toward intelligent, technology-enabled operations.
Prior to joining Bahwan CyberTek, Amrinder spent nearly 13 years with Hexaware Technologies, where he most recently served as President – EMEA and APAC Operations. In this role, he was responsible for driving business growth, customer success, and operational excellence across some of the company’s most strategic international markets.
During his tenure at Hexaware, he also held leadership positions including Corporate Vice President & Head of EMEA/APAC, Executive Vice President & Head of Europe, and Senior Vice President & Head of Europe. Across these roles, he successfully expanded customer relationships, strengthened market presence, and led large-scale business transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
Before joining Hexaware, Amrinder held several senior leadership positions at HCL Technologies, where he led business development and strategic growth initiatives across the retail and consumer sectors throughout the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Earlier in his career, he managed strategic accounts and business development assignments for HCL across India, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom, building deep expertise in global sales, customer engagement, and technology-led business transformation.
As Managing Director and CEO, Amrinder will lead Bahwan CyberTek’s next phase of growth, focusing on accelerating innovation, strengthening customer value, expanding global market reach, and enhancing the company’s capabilities in artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
His extensive experience in scaling international businesses, managing complex customer ecosystems, and leading transformation initiatives across mature and emerging markets is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping Bahwan CyberTek’s future growth trajectory.
