Prior to this, he served as Chief Marketing Officer, leading the success of the company’s core brands — McGuigan Wines, Tempus Two, Nepenthe, and Barossa Valley Wine Company — while driving innovative product development like Tempus One Spritzers and supporting the company’s ESG efforts, which led to B Corp certification.

Earlier, Dusseldorp was Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager – Marketing & Innovation at Freedom Foods Group Ltd. (Noumi), where he launched iconic brands like MilkLAB and Messy Monkeys, and redefined the company’s identity around “Making Food Better.” His marketing career began with notable achievements at Pernod Ricard, where he led campaigns for global spirits brands like Chivas Regal, G.H. Mumm, and The Glenlivet across Asia-Pacific and the UK.

Beyond the corporate world, Dusseldorp has served for 15 years as Chairman of the Dusseldorp Forum, a family foundation that funds initiatives for young and vulnerable communities, managing investments and supporting government-backed impact programs across Australia.
