Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, April 2026 – Tony Washington has stepped into a new role as Vice President Human Resources – Global Finance & Integrated Supply Chain at Honeywell, marking a significant milestone as he completes seven years with the organization.
In this role, Tony Washington will serve as a strategic HR business partner to the CFO and Chief Supply Chain Officer, aligning talent strategies with business priorities while leading HR initiatives across more than 40,000 Integrated Supply Chain employees and 3,000+ finance professionals globally.
Prior to this appointment, Tony Washington served as Interim Vice President – Global Talent Management & Learning at Honeywell, where he led enterprise-wide talent and learning strategies impacting nearly 100,000 employees globally.
Earlier, he held multiple senior HR leadership roles at Honeywell, including Head of Talent – Industrial Automation and Head of Talent – Performance Materials & Technologies, where he drove talent strategies for large global business units with multi-billion-dollar portfolios.
He also served as Head of Talent – Corporate, supporting C-suite functions including Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Engineering, strengthening leadership pipelines and organizational capability.
Before joining Honeywell, Tony Washington worked with Amazon Web Services as a Global Senior HR Leader, supporting global professional services teams.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at GE Aviation in multiple HR leadership roles, where he led workforce planning, organizational transformation, and operational HR strategy across global engineering and manufacturing environments.
