Stefanie Leich Appointed as Head of Human Resources at United Fasteners Australia

Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, October 2025 — United Fasteners Australia has announced the appointment of Stefanie Leich as its new Head of Human Resources. With close to two decades of HR leadership experience across diverse industries, Stefanie brings strong expertise in HR strategy, people management, and organizational transformation, making her well-positioned to lead the company’s human resources function.

Stefanie joins United Fasteners Australia after a long tenure at Navitas, where she spent over nine years in various HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Head of HR for the Careers and Industry Division, where she drove people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives. Earlier at Navitas, she was Human Resources Business Partner for ACAP and UPA, contributing to workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations.

Before her time at Navitas, Stefanie was with Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Australia as HR Business Partner, where she supported business units in Sydney by implementing HR frameworks, strengthening compliance, and driving employee engagement.

Earlier in her career, Stefanie worked at Colliers International as NSW HR Manager, leading HR operations across the state and building strong employee relations. She also gained valuable experience as a Senior HR Advisor at UnitingCare Ageing and the Mirvac Group, where she developed a foundation in HR advisory, workforce management, and talent processes.

Her career reflects consistent growth across leading organizations, demonstrating her ability to shape HR strategies, develop high-performing teams, and align people practices with business outcomes.
