Bhumika has been with Ashapura Softech Inc for more than a year, where she initially served as Human Resources Manager before stepping into the Head of HR role. During this tenure, she played an instrumental role in strengthening HR processes, employee management, and people development initiatives, setting the foundation for sustainable talent growth within the organization.
Before joining Ashapura Softech Inc, Bhumika was the Head of Human Resources at iCode49 Technolabs, where she focused on recruitment management, IT hiring, HR operations, and end-to-end talent acquisition strategies. She implemented policies to streamline HR functions, fostered strong workforce engagement, and ensured that employee support systems were responsive and effective.
Earlier, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Virtual Height IT Services Pvt. Ltd., where she oversaw comprehensive HR operations. She designed onboarding programs, developed policies to enhance workplace culture, and led recruitment, performance management, and company branding initiatives in close collaboration with leadership.
Her career also includes impactful HR roles at Thinkwik, MindQuad Solutions, and Amvizon, where she specialized in recruitment, payroll, compliance, HR policy formulation, and employee engagement. These experiences enabled her to build a strong foundation in HR strategy and operational excellence, preparing her for senior leadership positions in the industry.
