Reston, Virginia, United States, December 2024 – Tracee Sanders has been named Vice President Human Resources at Leidos, a Fortune 500 innovation leader specializing in national security and health solutions. In her new role, Tracee will oversee strategic HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, driving organizational effectiveness, and aligning talent strategies with the company’s mission to address complex global challenges.
Tracee has been an integral part of Leidos since 2019, serving as Human Resources Director, where she led HR programs to support the company’s diverse and global workforce. Her contributions included optimizing performance management systems, improving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of inclusion.
Before Leidos, Tracee held the role of Sr. Manager, Human Resources at Oceaneering, leading HR for the Advanced Technologies division, managing 1,400 employees across three countries, and driving initiatives in talent development and diversity.
She also served as Corporate HR Manager at U.S. Silica Company, where she focused on learning and development programs to enhance management capabilities within a fast-paced growth environment.
Tracee’s expertise extends to her tenure at Skyworks Solutions as Senior Manager, Human Resources, where she led HR for an ISO-certified manufacturing organization. Her work included implementing organizational development strategies and leading culture transformation initiatives across global locations.
Earlier, Tracee contributed to Imerys, serving as Director, Human Resources and Sr. Manager, Human Resources, where she established HR frameworks, integrated business units into the corporate culture, and developed strategic compensation plans.
