Indiana, United States, January 2026 – Tracie Ash has been appointed as Human Resources Director at Catalent, where she will lead the people and workforce agenda supporting Catalent’s large-scale pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing operations in the United States.
In her new role, Tracie will focus on strengthening workforce capability, employee relations, compliance governance, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives aligned to Catalent’s global CDMO growth and patient-first mission.
Before joining Catalent, Tracie Ash served as Human Resources Director at Model Group, where she led human capital consulting, HR operations, and workforce planning initiatives supporting manufacturing and industrial clients across Ohio.
Earlier, she worked with Perfetti Van Melle as Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations Partner, strengthening employee relations frameworks and HR business partnering capabilities across U.S. operations.
She previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at JTM Food Group, where she managed HR functions for a large-scale food manufacturing operation, driving workforce planning, recruiting, policy implementation, and high-performance culture programs.
Tracie began her senior HR leadership career as Director, Internal Operations at LADD Inc., where she served as the most senior HR professional, overseeing employee relations, staffing, succession planning, benefits administration, HRIS, wellness, and compliance governance.
