Gluck, who has been with Transtar Industries for nearly four years, has made significant contributions to the organization since her arrival in 2020. Her exceptional leadership in driving the company’s total rewards program, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition and retention strategies has notably distinguished Transtar in the competitive landscape.
Gluck’s journey at Transtar began as Vice President of Human Resources, quickly advancing to Executive Vice President, and now to the pinnacle of HR leadership within the company. Her career spans over two decades, with notable positions at esteemed organizations such as the Akron Area YMCA and the Wayne Economic Development Council, where she served on advisory boards, and Seaman Corporation, where she was Vice President of Human Resources. Her tenure at Q Holding Company and Moen Incorporated, among others, further solidifies her comprehensive expertise in human resources management.
As Transtar Industries embarks on an ambitious path of expansion, including targeted acquisitions, Gluck’s role will be paramount in steering the workforce to new heights.
