Chestnut Hill, Tennessee, United States, December 2025 — Trey Mask has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer at Bush Brothers & Company, the iconic family-owned food company known for BUSH’S® Best beans and its century-long reputation for quality and trusted recipes. In this new leadership role, Trey will guide the company’s financial strategy, performance optimization, and long-term value creation.
Before joining Bush Brothers & Company, Trey Mask served as Vice President, FP&A at Solve Industrial Motion Group, where he strengthened financial planning, enhanced forecasting accuracy, and led strategic financial initiatives that supported the organization’s scaling journey.
Prior to this, Trey built an extensive and impactful career at the Campbell Soup Company, notably as Director of Finance for its Campbell Snacks division. He guided financial strategy across 18 manufacturing sites, optimized billions in spend, and led major transformation initiatives including the integration of Snyder’s-Lance following a $6B acquisition. His work also included managing SAP modernization across multiple sites, delivering substantial cost savings, and enabling market share growth for well-known snack brands.
His earlier roles at Campbell Soup Company included Senior Manager, FP&A (Global Biscuits & Snacks) and Senior Manager, Supply Chain FP&A, where he drove analytical rigor across large business units, enabled cost optimization programs, strengthened talent development across finance teams, and improved strategic decision-making through refined reporting structures.
Before joining Campbell, Trey spent more than seven years at Pepperidge Farm, advancing through key financial leadership roles such as Senior Manager of Commercial Finance, Finance Manager, Manager FP&A, Plant Controller, and Manager, Cost Accounting & Financial Analysis. His work supported brand P&L strategy for Goldfish, Walmart finance leadership, plant-level transformation, system enhancements, and improved financial controls—all of which established his strong foundation in forecasting, operational finance, and team leadership.
Trey’s early career includes roles as Financial Analyst at Kimberly-Clark, Account Manager at JB Hunt, and an accounting internship at Kirkland’s Home, experiences that further shaped his cross-functional understanding of finance and operations.
