Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Triven Chopra has taken on a new leadership role as Director – Performance and Business Management at NatWest, bringing with him nearly two decades of strategic expertise in performance management, governance, operational risk, and outsourcing across leading global banks.
Before joining NatWest, Triven was with UBS as Director – Strategy Planning and Portfolio Management, where he spearheaded critical initiatives for GOTO India, including strategic alignment, operational readiness for new product rollouts, and enhanced service delivery frameworks.
Previously, he worked with Barclays as part of their Governance Transformation Framework program, contributing significantly to risk control, corporate governance, and policy oversight. His prior experience at Credit Suisse as AVP – Intragroup Service Management saw him develop a robust outsourcing risk platform, lead cross-border regulatory compliance programs, and chair outsourcing governance across multiple global markets.
Triven’s earlier stints at Deutsche Bank, AXA Business Services, BNY Mellon, and Citibank further strengthened his foundation in enterprise risk, business continuity, audit controls, and operational excellence. His rich and diverse experience makes him exceptionally well-suited to drive performance transformation and business integration at NatWest.
