Vienna, Austria, September 2025 – Tuba Ersoy has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Enery, a fast-growing renewable energy company operating across Central and Eastern Europe. In this strategic leadership role, she will oversee Enery’s people strategy, organizational culture, and talent development initiatives, playing a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth ambitions in the clean energy sector.
Tuba joins Enery after nearly three years at DenizBank AG, where she served as Director of Group Human Resources, Corporate Communications & Organisation. Based in Vienna, she led end-to-end HR transformation, employer branding, and organizational strategy for the group, enhancing both people capabilities and corporate culture in a highly regulated financial services environment.
Before her time at DenizBank, Tuba worked with Korn Ferry in Vienna in multiple roles, including Global Executive Search Consultant and Principal Recruitment Partner for EMEA. Her work focused on consulting, digital transformation, and executive hiring strategies across industries, particularly in corporate and consulting verticals.
Previously, she was Founder & Managing Director of TALENT & MORE, a boutique executive recruitment and assessment consultancy. Simultaneously, she partnered with Harrison Assessments International, delivering cutting-edge talent analytics and assessment solutions to organizations across Europe.
Tuba also spent over a decade at DO & CO AG, a global gourmet entertainment group, where she served as Global Human Resources Director and earlier as HR Director. During her tenure, she led HR across multiple geographies, scaling people operations in line with the company’s rapid global expansion.
Her earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Nokia, Siemens, and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, where she developed strong foundations in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations across hospitality and technology sectors. She holds an MBA in Finance from WU Executive Academy.
