Bringing over 15 years of experience in marketing, branding and communications across global technology and digital enterprises, she will lead Infonikka’s brand strategy, demand generation, and integrated marketing across its Salesforce, SAP, system integration and IT staffing businesses. In her most recent role at Hexaware Technologies, Tulika has spent over a year as Manager – Marketing & Communications, powering global brand visibility for a company that drives innovation across 28 countries in collaboration with leading technology partners. At Hexaware, she has focused on integrated campaigns, global positioning and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence in key digital transformation markets.
Prior to this, Tulika spent more than three years with SoftTech Engineers Ltd, progressing from Marketing Communications Manager to General Manager – Marketing Communications. During this period, she played a pivotal role in positioning SoftTech’s AEC technology solutions across Asia, North America and the Middle East, leading strategic communications, product storytelling and market outreach for a rapidly scaling deep-tech portfolio.
Earlier, as Marketing Manager at Cybage Software, Tulika contributed to brand and marketing programmes that supported Cybage’s digital transformation services across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. She worked closely with global delivery and sales teams to design campaigns that aligned marketing impact with business growth and client engagement.
Before Cybage, Tulika built a solid foundation at SA Technologies Inc., where over nearly four years she grew through roles from Senior Marketing Executive to Senior Marketing Communications Manager. She managed global marketing communications for IT solutions delivered across North America, Asia and Oceania, leading content, campaigns and brand initiatives that supported multi-continent growth.
Across her earlier career, Tulika held key marketing and product roles at First Spot First Media, Bapus Services, FSS, and GlobalData Plc, as well as marketing internships at Cognizant and HCLTech. This journey has given her rich exposure to online publishing, lifestyle services, digital payments, market intelligence and global IT services, honing her expertise in brand management, integrated communications, digital marketing, category building and client-centric storytelling. She holds an MBA in Marketing & International Business from IBS Hyderabad and a BCA from Pune University, combining strong business grounding with a deep command of technology-led marketing.
