Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — ace turtle, new India’s leading tech-native retail company, has announced the appointment of Alok Dubey as its Chief Business Officer, marking a major addition to its leadership team as it accelerates the next phase of growth. His appointment underscores ace turtle’s focus on building a vertically integrated, tech-powered retail ecosystem that combines design, manufacturing, and digital commerce to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Before joining ace turtle, Alok served as Chief Executive Officer for R&B and Beverly Hills Polo Club at Apparel Group India, where he drove brand growth and portfolio diversification across multiple categories. Previously, as Group Vice President & Business Head at Reliance Brands Limited, he successfully led Gas Jeans, La Martina, and Vision Express, achieving significant brand turnarounds and revenue acceleration.

At Arvind Fashions Limited, where he spent 15 years, Alok held senior leadership roles including CEO – US Polo Assn., Ed Hardy & Flying Machine, leading US Polo Assn. to become one of India’s largest casual wear brands and turning Flying Machine into a profitable, youth-driven fashion brand. Earlier in his career, he served with Swatch Group and Titan Industries, where he launched iconic watch brands such as Sonata and Fastrack, establishing their presence in the Indian retail landscape.

Alok is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), where he completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP 11), along with an international immersion in International Marketing at HEC Paris. His educational foundation complements his leadership philosophy—blending strategic vision with executional excellence across global retail markets.

With his deep retail expertise and proven brand-building credentials, Alok Dubey’s appointment strengthens ace turtle’s leadership bandwidth as it continues to transform India’s retail ecosystem with its technology-first, design-to-delivery model.
