Previously integral to Giraffe Foods—a former entity under Graham Partners and later under Symrise—Mike Kagan played a critical role in driving substantial revenue increases as the General Manager. His most recent role as Senior Vice President of Global Business Development at Solina’s sauce division underscored his strategic prowess in global markets.
Phil Tulkoff, representing the legacy of the family-founded company, will continue his involvement as a member of the Advisory Council. His focus will be on ensuring a seamless transition and offering strategic guidance to uphold the company’s century-long commitment to excellence in customer service and product quality.
