This new role recognizes her outstanding contributions as Director HR, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s HR practices and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Tumul Singh joined MeraPashu360 in April 2022 as Director HR and has since spearheaded transformative HR strategies. Her tenure saw the successful implementation of performance management systems, learning and development programs, and the introduction of a competency mapping framework across the organization. She also championed the OKR framework, employee recognition programs, and leadership development initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture.

Before joining MeraPashu360, Tumul served as an Independent HR Consultant for six years, collaborating with U.S.-based companies on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management projects. Earlier, she founded and led SmartLink HR Consulting Services, delivering integrated HR solutions for recruitment, training, and policy development.
In her earlier career, Tumul held HR leadership roles at Randstad India Ltd., Secure Meters Limited, and IndiaHit.com, gaining diverse experience in HR operations, employee relations, and team management. Her varied career trajectory reflects a commitment to driving impactful HR strategies across industries.
