Cincinnati, May 2024 – Uyon Johnson has taken on the role of Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Nordic Global. With a robust background in human resources spanning over a decade, Johnson is set to steer the company through its next phase of growth, particularly in enhancing operations and clinician wellness through strategic HR initiatives.
Over the years, Johnson has demonstrated formidable skills in strategic human resources leadership. Most recently, she served as System Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Bon Secours Mercy Health from April 2022 to May 2024, where she was instrumental in integrating DEI strategies with corporate objectives.
Prior to this, she was the Director of Human Resources at Mercy Health from September 2016 to April 2022, during which she led numerous initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Her role as HR Leader at GE Aviation from January 2012 to September 2016 saw him implementing HR strategies that significantly boosted workforce performance and satisfaction.
