Vaishali brings a strong track record of HR leadership and people management across leading infrastructure and security organizations in NCR.
Vaishali joins Elite Edge Infra after most recently serving as Head of Human Resources at ElitePRO Infra for nearly two years. At ElitePRO Infra, she managed end-to-end HR operations, talent management, and business relationship management, overseeing HR practices that contributed to organizational efficiency and the scaling of business operations across Gurugram.
Previously, Vaishali served as Head of Human Resources at Bric-X Infra Pvt. Ltd. for two years, where she was responsible for establishing HR policies and supporting the company’s workforce during a critical phase of growth in the infrastructure domain.
Before her tenure at Bric-X Infra, Vaishali spent over five years as HR Manager at Cyclops Security and Allied Services Private Limited in Delhi. In this capacity, she implemented HR policies and systems, managed talent acquisition, and built a strong HR foundation for a fast-growing organization in the security sector.
Vaishali holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, equipping her with a robust background in human resources management and business administration.
