United States (Remote), June 2025 – Lisa Kohlrieser has been named Global Head Human Resources at Pontoon Solutions, a global HR outsourcing leader and a division of the Adecco Group. In this new leadership role, Lisa will drive Pontoon’s worldwide people agenda—overseeing HR strategy, talent management, and organizational culture across nearly 100 countries as Pontoon continues to deliver innovative solutions for its clients and employees worldwide.
Lisa brings over 12 years of progressive experience at Pontoon Solutions, where she has steadily advanced through a series of increasingly senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Director – Global HR Business Partnering, providing strategic HR partnership and guidance to global teams, with a focus on talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
Lisa also excelled as Interim Director – Global Business Partnering and Human Resources Business Partner, driving key HR projects that supported Pontoon’s rapid global expansion. Earlier, as People Operations Specialist and Team Lead, Lisa led recruitment delivery teams and played a pivotal role in developing and executing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill markets, always ensuring top-tier client and candidate service.
Lisa began her Pontoon journey as Lead Recruiter, where she was known for her ability to source and secure top talent, as well as her strengths in organization, problem-solving, and mentoring. Prior to Pontoon, Lisa held multiple roles with Adecco RPO and TalentTrack, further sharpening her expertise in recruitment, talent discovery, client relations, and workforce solutions. Her hands-on experience ranges from high-volume hiring and ATS optimization to client engagement and employee satisfaction initiatives.
