Marcelo Nogueira Appointed as Head of Human Resources Americas at Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG)

Varginha, Minas Gerais, Brazil, April 2025 – Marcelo Nogueira has been named Head of Human Resources Americas at Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG). In this new role, he will lead the human resources function across NKG’s operations in Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Honduras, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the United States, focusing on regional alignment, talent strategy, and organizational development.

Previously, Marcelo was Head of Human Resources LATAM at NKG Stockler, where he oversaw HR operations in Brazil, Colombia, and Peru. His tenure was marked by strategic expansion of HR initiatives across Latin America, as he played a pivotal role in strengthening the people function for NKG’s growing presence in the region.

Before joining the NKG Group, Marcelo served as HR Director for South America at Cooper Standard, where he led Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Corporate Communication, and Compliance across the region. His leadership drove significant improvements in employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Earlier, he held senior HR roles at Tecsis and Philips, where he led HR strategy, organizational development, and shared services. At Philips, he was responsible for payroll, labor relations, HR systems, and administrative functions in Brazil, and also supported global initiatives across the Walita and Lighting Electronics business units.

Marcelo began his career in HR at InterCement and Philips Lighting, gaining deep experience in talent acquisition, training, and people development. Over nearly three decades, he has built a strong track record of leading HR transformation, cross-border team development, and operational excellence in multinational environments.
