Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Vaishali Jambotkar has joined Arpan as Associate Director – People & Culture, Administration and IT, bringing with her over two decades of diverse HR and administration experience across corporate and social sectors. In her new role, she will lead people, culture, administration, and IT functions with a transformative vision, aligning employee growth with organizational goals.
Before this, Vaishali was the Regional HR Lead at TeamLease Foundation, where she managed employee lifecycle initiatives and implemented HR strategies with measurable impact. Prior to that, she served as the Head of HR, Administration, L&D, and Volunteering at Kotak Education Foundation, where she introduced people transformation frameworks and oversaw critical organizational processes.
A significant phase in her journey was her transition from the corporate sector to the social sector during her tenure at Educate Girls, which she describes as a fruitful and beautiful journey that offered her valuable insights into development-sector dynamics. She contributed in multiple HR leadership roles at Educate Girls for nearly seven years, shaping progressive people practices and strengthening HR operations in the organization.
Earlier in her career, Vaishali held HR leadership and administrative roles in the corporate sector, including at KA Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. – India, Nevales Networks, and Apara Enterprise Solutions, where she gained expertise in HR operations, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and organizational development.
With strong proficiency in HR strategy, transformation, performance management, people analytics, and talent development, Vaishali is poised to make a significant impact at Arpan, further strengthening its mission to address child sexual abuse prevention and intervention.
