Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – November 2024 – Vaishali Singh has joined Pulse as the Head of Human Resources. In this role, Vaishali will lead HR operations and strategy, focusing on fostering an inclusive work environment and supporting Pulse’s growth as an innovative leader in business financial data solutions. Her expertise in HR transformation, talent management, and organizational development will contribute to strengthening Pulse’s workforce and organizational culture.
Before joining Pulse, Vaishali was the Head of Human Resources at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. for nearly two years, where she spearheaded HR strategies, with a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and talent management in the engineering sector. Her contributions included enhancing onboarding processes and optimizing HR strategies to support business goals.
Earlier, Vaishali held the position of Assistant General Manager Human Resources at Valdel Engineers & Constructors for over 11 years. During her tenure, she developed HR policies, led strategic initiatives, and implemented robust talent development frameworks, significantly advancing HR functions within the organization.
In addition, Vaishali served as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Zansys Technologies and Senior Consultant at New Vistas Consultancy, where she honed her expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, building a strong foundation in people management and resource planning.
