In this expanded leadership role, he will be driving talent strategy, organizational culture, and HR innovation to support ekincare’s continued growth and digital health mission.
Over the past 2 years and 8 months at ekincare, Vamsi has played a critical role in shaping the company’s people practices as Associate Director, Human Resources, supporting a dynamic and fast-scaling workforce. His efforts have been pivotal in aligning talent management with business growth in the evolving health and insure-tech space.
Prior to joining ekincare, Vamsi spent over 8 years at TalentSprint, where he led end-to-end recruitment for India and the US, hiring across diverse roles in technology, sales, operations, and leadership. He also contributed significantly to building high-performing teams in AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and emerging tech domains.
Before TalentSprint, Vamsi held multiple HR roles across organizations like DQ Entertainment and HR Axis India, specializing in employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations. His early career foundation in talent acquisition and HR business partnering laid the groundwork for his current strategic leadership.
