Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, June 2026 — Vanessa Morley is joining Vocus as Chief People Officer, effective August 3, 2026, bringing extensive leadership experience across people strategy, culture transformation, talent development, inclusion, organizational design, and HR operating models. In her new role, she will lead Vocus’ people and culture agenda as the company continues strengthening its digital infrastructure, connectivity, and enterprise services across Australia.
Prior to joining Vocus, Vanessa served as Chief People Officer at Nine, where she was responsible for setting the people and culture strategy for one of Australia’s largest locally owned media companies. Earlier, she worked with Coca-Cola Amatil as Group Head of Talent, where she focused on leadership development, succession pipelines, inclusion, talent growth, and building high-performing teams across the Asia-Pacific region.
Before Coca-Cola Amatil, Vanessa served as Director – Human Resources and General Affairs at Samsung Australia, leading HR strategy, organizational change, culture development, and workforce initiatives. She also spent more than nine years with Qantas, holding leadership roles across HR transformation, talent and inclusion, people strategy for corporate groups, and employee relations in complex operating environments.
Her earlier experience includes HR and employee relations roles with Insurance Australia Group, The Marketing Store, and Employers First. With a strong record of building differentiated teams and cultures at scale, Vanessa is well-positioned to support Vocus’ people strategy, leadership capability, and future-ready workforce transformation.
