Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 — Brunda S Krishnamurthy has joined Amagi Corporation as Vice President – People Experience, bringing extensive experience across HR leadership, total rewards, compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, talent management, employee experience, and organizational transformation. In her new role, she will focus on shaping an exceptional, inclusive, and high-performing culture for Amagi’s dynamic global workforce.
Prior to joining Amagi Corporation, Brunda spent over 13 years with Pall Corporation, where she held several leadership roles including Global Director Total Rewards, Senior Manager Total Rewards, Senior Human Resources Manager – HR Business Partner, and HR Manager. During her tenure, she led compensation and benefits strategy, equity plans, global rewards governance, HR transformation, Workday implementation, merger and acquisition integration, employee engagement, payroll, statutory compliance, and business partnering initiatives.
Before Pall Corporation, Brunda worked with Waters Corporation as Manager – HR, where she supported talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, compensation, engagement, succession planning, SAP HCM implementation, and performance management. Earlier, she spent nearly five years with IBM in HR roles focused on HR policy, process management, HRIS, recruitment, SOX audits, SAP HCM implementation, compensation and benefits, and HR transformation.
Earlier in her career, Brunda worked with United Breweries Ltd., where she held roles across technical development, microbiology, product development, quality processes, and training. With strong cross-functional experience spanning people strategy, rewards, HR systems, culture building, transformation, and employee-centric design, Brunda S Krishnamurthy is well-positioned to support Amagi’s people experience agenda as the company continues scaling globally in the cloud-based SaaS broadcast and streaming solutions space.
