New York, United States, April 2025 – Vanessa V. Bottazzi has been appointed as Vice President, Global Human Resources at GameChange Solar, marking a strategic elevation in her leadership journey within the organization. In her new role, Vanessa will spearhead global HR initiatives, driving alignment between talent strategy and business growth across key markets.
Vanessa has been a core part of GameChange Solar’s HR leadership since 2021, most recently serving as Senior Director, Global Human Resources. In this capacity, she built and executed comprehensive HR strategies covering the entire employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Her work was instrumental in reshaping the company’s compensation structures and benefit designs, including revamping 401(k) offerings and benchmarking executive pay practices.
Before joining GameChange Solar, Vanessa served as Director of Human Resources at The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, where she led organizational HR strategy and reinforced a mission-driven, people-first culture. Earlier, as Vice President of Human Resources at Aligned Energy and Remedy Partners, she played an integral role in scaling HR infrastructure, aligning talent policies with business expansion, and driving leadership development.
Vanessa’s earlier roles include serving as VP & Managing Director of HR at LogicSource, where she launched the HR function from the ground up, and holding leadership positions at Elizabeth Arden and META Group, where she managed global HR operations for multinational teams. She began her corporate HR career at Gartner, where she led staffing and development initiatives for the Technology Management Division.
