Chandigarh, India, April 2025 – Vanitha Ramasamy has joined JCBL as the new Head of Human Resources & Admin, marking a significant milestone in her dynamic career. In her new role, Vanitha will lead strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, organizational development, and policy management to strengthen JCBL’s people-first approach and operational excellence.
Prior to joining JCBL, Vanitha worked at Emerson as Human Resources Manager for over three years, where she played a key role in relationship building, succession planning, workforce development, and policy formulation. Her contributions helped drive sustainable growth and process-oriented HR strategies at Emerson’s Tamil Nadu operations.
Earlier, she served as a Human Resources Specialist at VDPL, where she contributed significantly to employee lifecycle management and talent development for over three years. Her experience also includes an impactful tenure as Senior Human Resources Manager at TVS Credit Services Ltd., where she focused on workforce engagement, strategic hiring, and HR process optimization across the Chennai region.
Vanitha’s journey in human resources began with her roles at Redington India Ltd. as Assistant Manager HR and On Load Gears Limited as Human Resources Executive, where she built a strong foundation in employee relations, HR operations, and organizational development. She holds a postgraduate diploma in business administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
