Arizona, United States – November 2024 – Vanya Marcial has joined Tribal Health as the new Director, Human Resource Operations. In this role, Vanya will lead HR operations to enhance the support and care provided to Tribal Health’s workforce, fostering initiatives that strengthen the organization’s commitment to high-quality healthcare for Native American communities.
Before joining Tribal Health, Vanya served as Director of Human Resources Operations at the Arizona College of Nursing, where she played a crucial role in strategic HR planning and operations. Her work included overseeing HR operations in a hybrid setup, with a focus on aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring compliance, and enhancing workforce effectiveness.
Prior to this, Vanya was the Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations at Trusted Health, where she managed HR operations remotely. Her tenure was marked by advancements in HR processes and technology integration, contributing to efficient HR functions and supporting company growth.
Earlier in her career, Vanya was Manager of HR Administration at Matrix Medical Network. In this role, she led HR administration across multiple business lines, streamlined the onboarding process, and managed HR data integrity, resulting in significant improvements in HR efficiencies and compliance.
Vanya’s HR journey began with Exos, where she held various HR roles, including Onboarding Manager and Talent Supervisor. During her time at Exos, she managed high-volume talent acquisition, led onboarding optimizations, and drove HR project implementations to enhance operational effectiveness across multiple locations.
