In this new leadership role, Varadharajan will oversee end-to-end operations, drive strategic efficiency initiatives, and strengthen the company’s international growth trajectory.
Varadharajan joins BIA Textiles after an impactful nine-year journey with Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co., one of the largest apparel manufacturers in the Middle East. Most recently serving as Chief Merchandising Officer, he played a key role in aligning product strategy, sourcing excellence, and global client delivery across multiple categories. His leadership ensured seamless collaboration between design, manufacturing, and merchandising teams, enhancing both efficiency and client satisfaction.
Earlier at Classic Fashion, he served as General Manager – Merchandising and Sourcing, where he led strategic vendor partnerships, optimized supply chain performance, and expanded product innovation across global markets. As Senior Manager – Merchandising and later Merchandising Manager, Varadharajan built strong cross-functional teams that successfully balanced quality, speed, and scale — essential for maintaining the company’s position as a preferred manufacturing partner for top international brands.
With a career grounded in deep operational expertise and a results-oriented approach, Varadharajan brings a rich blend of merchandising, sourcing, and production strategy experience to his new role at BIA Textiles.
