Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Vasu P has joined Synapsewave Innovations Private Limited as Vice President – Human Resources, where he will be leading the company’s HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Before joining Synapsewave Innovations, Vasu served as Vice President – Human Resources at 63 Moons Technologies Limited for nearly three years, where he led HR strategy, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. His role involved policy implementation, workforce planning, and automation of HR processes to enhance efficiency and cost optimization.
Earlier, Vasu held leadership roles in SmartConnect Technologies and Indian Commodity Exchange Ltd (ICEX), where he played a crucial role in performance management system implementation, talent acquisition, and leadership development. His entrepreneurial experience includes serving as Founder & Director at Enrich Talents, a firm specializing in HR consulting, recruitment, and corporate training solutions.
Vasu’s career spans over two decades, with prior HR leadership experience at National Bulk Handling Corporation, Financial Technologies India Ltd., and ICICI Bank. His expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and HR technology solutions will be instrumental in driving Synapsewave Innovations’ people strategy forward.
