Prior to this appointment, Vasudevan Srijin served as Head of HR Shared Services at Apparel Group in Bengaluru. There, he was responsible for employee engagement, payroll administration, talent acquisition, and building robust HR policies, overseeing both domestic and international HR operations. He also played a key role as Country Human Resources Manager for Apparel Group in Muscat, Oman, driving talent management, performance management, and compliance across teams.

Before his tenure at Apparel Group, Srijin held the position of Manager HR at Landmark Group, where he was instrumental in streamlining HR processes, implementing employee-centric policies, and supporting business operations in the retail sector. Earlier, at Raymond Limited, Srijin contributed significantly as Deputy Manager Human Resources, successfully managing talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and setting up new HR frameworks for greenfield projects.

Srijin also gained rich experience at Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd., where he was Assistant Manager HR, driving talent management, manpower planning, and employee retention initiatives across stores. At Bosch India, he was responsible for identifying training needs, designing and executing training programs, and generating insightful management reports to guide strategic decision-making.

His early experience as an HR Generalist at Future Group India provided him with a strong foundation in employee engagement, manpower planning, compensation surveys, statutory compliance, and payroll management for large retail teams. This diverse and progressive HR journey, supported by an MBA in Human Resources from VELS University, has equipped Srijin to lead large-scale HR transformations in high-growth environments.
