Manesar, Haryana, India, March 2026 — Jaquar & Company Private Limited has appointed Vasundhara Katyal as AGM – Talent Management, Performance & Organization Development. In this role, she will support the company’s people agenda by strengthening talent management frameworks, enabling performance excellence, and driving organization development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Vasundhara brings solid experience across employee experience, engagement, employer branding, and internal communications—combining culture-building expertise with program leadership across large-scale organizations.
Prior to joining Jaquar & Company Private Limited, she worked with PayU as Lead – Employee Experience & Engagement, based in Gurugram. In this role, she focused on strengthening employee experience programs, engagement initiatives, and culture-building interventions to support business growth and employee outcomes.
Before PayU, she spent several years with Reliance Industries Limited, where she progressed through multiple roles across employee engagement, employer branding, and communications. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager – Employee Engagement, Branding & Communications, after earlier roles as Manager – Employee Engagement & Employer Branding. She was also part of the Reliance Emerging Leader | RELP 2018 program, holding management trainee assignments spanning employee engagement and industrial relations across multiple locations.
Earlier in her career, she completed internships with Reliance Industries Limited as a Summer Intern, and with The Taj Mahal Hotel as an Industrial Trainee, building early exposure to people practices and service-led organizational environments.
