Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2025 – In a significant leadership transition, Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has announced the appointment of Venkatesh Korla as Global CEO and Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati as Global CFO, effective immediately. This announcement follows the impending retirement of Partha DeSarkar, the outgoing Group CEO, and Srinivas Palakodeti, the outgoing CFO. The leadership changes were unveiled along with HGS’s Q4 and full-year financial results for FY2025.
Venkatesh Korla, previously President & CEO – HGS Americas, brings over 25 years of experience in digital services and tech-enabled customer experience (CX). With a strong background in building high-performance global teams and client partnerships, Venkatesh has played a pivotal role in shaping HGS’ digital strategy. He is also the founder of Element Solutions, a tech services company acquired by HGS, which now forms the foundation of its digital consulting and solutions practice.
Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati, who joined HGS in February as Deputy CFO, is a Chartered Accountant with more than 24 years of financial leadership experience. His diverse expertise spans financial transformation, IPOs, M&A, global treasury management, ESG frameworks, and cost optimization. He has consistently driven operational excellence and strategic financial initiatives across global organizations.
