Nederland, July 2025 – NieuweStroom, a forward-thinking player in the energy transition space, has appointed Vera Vos as its new Chief People Officer. In this strategic leadership role, Vera will spearhead the company’s people agenda, aligning talent strategy with NieuweStroom’s mission to drive a smarter and more sustainable energy future.
Vera brings a wealth of HR leadership experience across multinational and cross-sectoral environments. She most recently served for nearly six years as Chief Human Resources Officer at Redspher, where she led the global HR function spanning France, the Netherlands, Poland, and Portugal. At Redspher, she successfully aligned the HR strategy with business growth goals, strengthened company culture, implemented SAP SuccessFactors, and led several transformational people initiatives.
Before taking on the CHRO role at Redspher, she served as HR Manager Northern Europe, managing HR operations across six countries and leading a team of HR professionals. She introduced continuous engagement surveys, streamlined employment terms, and drove HR digitization and strategic reporting.
Earlier, Vera held the role of HR Manager at Plalloy MTD B.V., where she was part of the management team and led a wide range of HR initiatives including training frameworks, legal compliance, and transformation efforts. Her earlier roles include HR leadership and account management positions at KPN, Randstad, Ricoh Nederland, SCC, and Tempo-Team, establishing her as a dynamic leader with strong business acumen and people-first leadership.
