Her appointment underscores Alcrete’s commitment to strengthening organisational capability as it continues to deliver high-performance precast solutions for critical infrastructure projects across the United States.
Before joining Alcrete, Vickie served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Clarion Home Services Group, where she led the people strategy for a multi-brand, multi-state service organisation. Her leadership at Clarion focused on strengthening talent systems, elevating workforce capability, and guiding HR integration across a rapidly expanding portfolio—building a strong foundation for scalability and organisation-wide alignment.
Prior to Clarion, Vickie was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Burton AC, Heating, Plumbing, and More, where she directed HR transformation and supported business growth across operations. Before that, she served as Vice President Human Resources at National Fire & Safety, stewarding the complete people agenda for a high-complexity safety services organisation.
A major chapter of her career was shaped at Justrite Safety Group, where she spent over five years in progressive leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President Human Resources, and earlier roles at Justrite Manufacturing Company LLC. Working across global manufacturing environments, she supported thousands of associates across 25 facilities and helped advance HR frameworks that strengthened culture, compliance, talent management, and operational performance.
In the earlier stages of her career, Vickie held HR and operations leadership roles at International Paper, Innovative Staff Solutions, and spent more than two decades with Consolidated Communications, where she rose to Senior Manager – Network Service Center. These experiences gave her deep expertise across employee relations, operational HR, multi-site workforce management, and strategic human capital development—forming the backbone of her leadership philosophy.
