Boulder, Colorado, United States, June 2024 – Congruex is excited to announce the appointment of Victoria Roberts as the new VP, Human Resources Business Partners.
Victoria Roberts joins Congruex from Sync Consulting, where she was Chief People Officer for about 1.5 years. In this role, she partnered with SMB CEOs to build, scale, and sustain high-performance cultures, focusing on talent development and leadership effectiveness.
Prior to that, Victoria served as Chief People & Culture Officer at Truckstop for nearly 5 years. She created conditions for employees to excel, led talent acquisition and management, and successfully scaled the enterprise from 100 to 1,200 employees, maintaining high employee favorability scores and navigating multiple acquisitions.
Victoria also held various senior roles at Cochlear Americas, including Senior Director/Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Director of HR & Organizational Development, where she led strategic HR initiatives and enhanced organizational effectiveness.
