Boston, Massachusetts, United States, July 2024 – Victoria Vezina has joined Advarra as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Based in Advarra’s Boston office, Vicki will lead the HR efforts, including employee relations, talent management, and operations. Vicki’s commitment to employee well-being, professional development, and community building aligns perfectly with Advarra’s goals. She will work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR strategies support the company’s mission and values.
Before joining Advarra, Victoria Vezina was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rapid Micro Biosystems for nearly 4 years. During her tenure, she managed HR operations, developed total rewards strategies, and led cross-functional teams, significantly improving the company’s HR framework and employee engagement.
Prior to that, Vicki served as the Chief People Officer at SimpliSafe for over a year, where she spearheaded the HR strategy, policy formulation, and training and development programs. Her leadership was instrumental in enhancing the overall employee experience and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Earlier, Vicki held the position of Head of Global Services HR, Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for almost 3 years. She transformed the Global Services HR team, introduced people analytics, and implemented a new career framework, resulting in substantial improvements in team satisfaction and organizational performance.
Vicki’s extensive career also includes roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., VP, Talent Management and Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Director of HR at Comcast. In these roles, she developed and led global talent strategies, optimized HR operations, and managed major organizational changes, mergers, and acquisitions.
