Huntersville, North Carolina, United States, July 2024 – Troy Hayes has joined NSI Industries as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Troy will lead the HR efforts at NSI, responsible for setting the human capital strategy, aligning it with business priorities, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of HR services. As a member of the leadership team, Troy will also help shape the overall business strategy and work closely with the CEO and other executives.
Before joining NSI Industries, Troy Hayes served as the Vice President of Talent Development & Corporate HRBP at AutoNation for over a year. He led talent management, leadership and organizational development, and technical training while supporting HR business partnerships for corporate leaders and smaller business units.
Prior to that, Troy was a Principal Consultant at Summit Leadership Partners for a year, focusing on scaling leaders, management teams, and organizations to accelerate growth and increase enterprise value. He provided human capital insights to boards, investors, CEOs, and senior leaders.
Troy’s extensive career includes significant roles at Ingersoll Rand, where he held various leadership positions over 16 years. As Vice President of Talent and Organizational Capabilities, he was responsible for talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, engagement, and organizational development. He also led HR operations in the Latin America region and contributed to the company’s cultural foundation and strategic alignment.
