New Delhi, Delhi, India, August 2024 – Vidhu Arora has joined Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. Vidhu brings over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources, specializing in talent and organization development, global human resources management, and HR strategy.
Vidhu previously served as the Head of Talent & Organization Development, APAC at Gap Inc. for over two years, where she oversaw the Talent & OD agenda across divisions and teams in the APAC region. Her role included developing future-back talent strategies and delivering solutions to support organizational transformation. Before that, she was the Head HR, South Asia & Europe Sourcing at Gap Inc., leading a team of HR professionals managing the employee life cycle across multiple countries and driving HR initiatives that positively impacted employee experience.
Her extensive experience also includes roles at PepsiCo, where she held various positions, including Transformation Manager and Unit HR Manager, leading HR operations and organizational restructuring projects. Vidhu has demonstrated expertise in change management, organizational design, and talent strategy, making her a valuable addition to the Tasty Bite team.
