Before joining Xanadu, Vijay was Senior Engineering Manager at LeadSquared, where he played a pivotal role in scaling technological operations and ensuring seamless integration of advanced digital tools to enhance customer experiences.
Earlier, at Altisource, Vijay served as Senior Manager, Technology, leading teams to deliver robust solutions for complex technological challenges. His tenure saw significant contributions in data management and AI-driven optimization for global processes.
Vijay also held leadership roles at Allegion and Accenture, where he managed delivery frameworks and spearheaded innovative technical implementations. He began his professional journey as a Senior Engineer at Honeywell, laying the foundation for his expertise in digital strategy and advanced analytics.
