Prior to Clorox, Christine served as an HR Transformation Consultant, where she partnered with organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area to solve complex business challenges through tailored talent strategies. Her contributions included designing and implementing workforce models, enabling change management initiatives, and driving employee engagement during periods of transformation.
Her tenure at Gap Inc. included key roles in HR Strategy and Talent Management and as Director of Talent Management for Old Navy. Christine demonstrated her expertise in managing large-scale projects, including Future of Work strategies, organizational restructuring, and COVID-19 response initiatives. She successfully aligned talent strategies with business needs to support long-term growth and resilience.
Christine’s career began at Gap Inc., where she spent seven years in Learning & Development, honing her skills in organizational effectiveness and leadership development. She also led her own consultancy for over a decade, providing strategic talent solutions to a diverse range of clients in the Bay Area.
