New Delhi, Delhi, India, February 2025 – Vikas Neb has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Casio India, where he will oversee HR strategy, talent management, and workforce development for the company’s operations in India. With a strong background in human capital management, organizational development, and strategic HR leadership, he is set to drive Casio India’s people-centric initiatives and strengthen its workplace culture.
Prior to joining Casio India, Vikas spent over seven years at Sojitz, where he most recently served as Assistant General Manager, leading HR initiatives focused on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR transformation. Before that, he was Senior Manager at Dalmia Bharat Group, where he played a key role in HR operations and employee engagement.
Vikas also brings extensive HR leadership experience from his five-year tenure at Toshiba India Pvt Ltd, where he served as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources, focusing on HR policies, compensation planning, and leadership development. Earlier in his career, he worked with Doosan and Reliance Energy, gaining diverse industry exposure in HR management.
A PGDBM-HR graduate from Apeejay School, Vikas has a strong foundation in human resources, talent strategy, and leadership development. His expertise in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning will play a crucial role in enhancing Casio India’s HR strategies and organizational culture.
