Greater Philadelphia, September 2024 – Vikas Singh has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. In his new position, Vikas will oversee financial strategy, planning, and analysis, bringing a wealth of experience from his impressive career in finance and investment banking.
Before joining Healthcare Services Group, Inc., Vikas Singh held the position of Managing Director, Leveraged Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 14 years. During his tenure, he played a key role in providing financial solutions, managing large-scale transactions, and advising corporate clients on debt financing strategies.
Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Vikas worked at Credit Suisse as an Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group, Investment Banking for 2 years. His experience at Credit Suisse allowed him to gain deep insights into investment banking operations, particularly in financial structuring and sponsor-led transactions.
Vikas’ strong background in finance, combined with his strategic leadership, positions him well to drive growth and strengthen financial operations at Healthcare Services Group, Inc..
