Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2024 – Vikrant Dutt has joined Oracle as the new Director CSS, Partner Success – APAC. In his new role, Vikrant will focus on managing partnerships closely to ensure joint success for Oracle customers across the APAC region.
Vikrant brings over two decades of experience in the IT and technology industry, having served in various leadership roles. Before this appointment, Vikrant held multiple key positions within Oracle over the past five years. As Sales Director – Customer Success Services – Fusion SaaS (India) from October 2022 to June 2024, he drove customer success for SaaS applications, built teams, and enhanced business growth for Oracle Fusion SaaS services in India.
Prior to this, Vikrant served as Sales Director – HCM from June 2022 to October 2022, focusing on large HCM transformations and renewals. He also worked as General Sales Manager – HCM from August 2018 to October 2022, managing key enterprise accounts and collaborating with CHROs and business HR heads to improve employee experiences and HR dashboards.
Before rejoining Oracle, Vikrant was Associate Director – India & South Asia at Cornerstone OnDemand from May 2017 to July 2018, where he assisted HR leaders in recruiting, training, and managing talent using Cornerstone OnDemand solutions. His efforts contributed to the company’s recognition as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites.
Earlier in his career, Vikrant held the position of Senior Business Manager at Oracle from September 2014 to April 2017, managing sales of Oracle Human Resources solutions. His tenure at SAP SuccessFactors as Regional Sales Director from June 2012 to September 2014 involved advising corporates on driving organizational alignment and optimizing people performance.
Vikrant also worked with Avaya India as Business Development – Org Strategy & Service (APAC Sales), Gartner India Research and Advisory Services Pvt Ltd as Sr. Account Director, and Microland Limited as Regional Account Manager. His early career included roles at Wipro Infotech, Team Computers Pvt Ltd, Hewlett Packard, and Compaq Computers.
