New York City Metropolitan Area, New York, United States, June 2025 – TriNet has named Vincent DiAngelo as its new Vice President, People Operations & Organizational Effectiveness. In this expanded leadership role, Vincent will be responsible for shaping people operations, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting TriNet’s commitment to providing industry-tailored HR solutions for small and medium-size businesses (SMBs) across the country.
Over the past seven years at TriNet, Vincent has steadily risen through key leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Divisional Vice President, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, where he played a pivotal role in transforming business structures, talent strategies, and organizational agility. Previously, as Executive Director, HR Business Partner and Executive Director, Talent & Organizational Development, he led strategic HR initiatives focused on talent development, leadership capability building, and optimizing employee experience throughout the organization.
Before joining TriNet, Vincent built a robust HR and organizational effectiveness career at TD Ameritrade over nearly seven years. He held roles ranging from Senior Manager, Business Planning & Executive Insights to Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, and was recognized for developing and executing talent management frameworks and business planning processes to enhance performance and growth.
Earlier in his career, Vincent contributed to the HR analytics and organizational development fields as a Content Coding Analyst at Sirota and in consulting and event management capacities at CoachWorks and Corporate Event Management. His foundational experience includes roles at Barclays Capital in the high-pressure financial environment as a Screen Clerk, which further honed his skills in process, risk management, and client service.
