Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Ramesh Kunnath, PMP® has joined Crowe as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him nearly three decades of leadership experience in strategy, operations, global delivery, and business transformation. In his new role, Ramesh will oversee US-India operations, with a focus on expanding business capabilities, strengthening operational excellence, and driving strategic growth across service lines. His appointment reflects Crowe’s commitment to building a globally integrated, innovation-led organisation powered by scalable systems, collaborative culture, and client-centric delivery models.
Before joining Crowe, Ramesh served as Operations Leader and Deputy COO at PwC Acceleration Centers in India, where he played a pivotal role in scaling delivery operations and executing the firm’s global growth strategy. He drove operational alignment across service teams, accelerated digital enablement programs, and enabled the seamless expansion of capabilities supporting PwC’s global network.
Prior to PwC, Ramesh was a key leader at RSM US LLP, where he successfully established and scaled the firm’s US and Canada offshoring business in India. In this role, he led the transition of processes, talent, technology integration, and governance frameworks while building cross-functional alignment across regions and business units to deliver efficiency and transformation outcomes.
Ramesh also spent 17 years at Deloitte U.S.-India, serving in senior roles including Vice President – Tax Transformation, where he oversaw operations for more than 9,000 professionals. He played a central role in driving automation-led performance improvements, enhancing service delivery models, and establishing global delivery center frameworks that strengthened operational efficiency and business continuity.
He began his career at GE Capital and Vedanta Limited – Sterlite Copper, where he built foundational skills in finance, operations, and process excellence. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB) and Columbia Business School, Ramesh holds PMP®, PSM, and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, further strengthening his credentials in enterprise transformation and operational leadership.
