Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, February 2026 – Vincent Masat has started a new position as Associate Director Talent Acquisition at Agoda, where he is managing global technology recruitment with an annual hiring volume of approximately 500 tech professionals across four global hubs.
Prior to this appointment, Vincent served as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Agoda, leading teams of senior managers, managers, and recruiters responsible for all technology recruitment. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening global tech hiring strategies and scaling recruitment operations to meet Agoda’s rapid growth.
Before joining Agoda, Vincent was Recruiting Manager (Amazon Entertainment) at Amazon, where he led a large, multi-country recruitment team delivering nearly 600 tech hires annually across 11 countries including the UK, Sweden, Germany, and Israel. During his tenure, he scaled his team from 6 to 38 members within nine months, redesigned recruitment processes to significantly increase hiring volume, established high-volume international recruiting events, and implemented RPO partnerships to optimize performance. He also led strategic initiatives across DE&I, interviewer training, and recruitment analytics.
Earlier in his career, Vincent held multiple leadership roles at Cielo Talent, including Global Client Services Director, where he managed 13 major international clients across 30+ countries with annual hiring volumes of 1,400+ and budgets up to £3M. He successfully led global implementations, strengthened multi-region teams across 11 countries, delivered cost efficiencies while exceeding SLAs, and drove early talent, referral, and diversity programs at scale. His career foundation includes recruitment leadership roles across Europe and consulting positions in the UK technology market.
