Tehran, Iran, April 2025 – Mobin Behrazfar has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Excellence at Razi Glass Group, a leading name in the glass packaging industry for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. In this strategic leadership role, Mobin will oversee the HR function and drive organizational excellence across the company’s operations, focusing on talent development, cultural transformation, and performance enhancement.
Before joining Razi Glass Group, Mobin served as Human Capital Manager at Tehran Chemie Pharmaceutical CO for approximately three years, where he led end-to-end HR strategy and operations in one of Iran’s well-established pharma companies. His tenure was marked by people-centric initiatives and enhancements in employee experience.
Prior to that, he was Human Resources Manager at Mellat Investment Bank (MIB) for two years, where he played a key role in HR transformation within the financial services domain. He focused on strategic hiring, leadership development, and aligning HR with corporate strategy.
Mobin also held the position of HR & Administration Manager at Canymes, contributing to organizational development and operational efficiency for over three years. His experience included shaping HR policies, streamlining processes, and creating robust talent management systems.
Earlier, he led as HR & Logistics Manager at Mobina Mining Industrial Technology & Engineering Company (MITEC) for nearly eight years, demonstrating strong capabilities in HR operations, logistics coordination, and project-based team management.
