Stockholm, Sweden, June 2025 – Electrolux Group has announced the appointment of Vincent Rotger as its new Chief Strategy Officer, effective June 19, 2025. In this role, Rotger will head the Business Development organizational area and report directly to Yannick Fierling, Group CEO.
Rotger succeeds Henrik Dagberg, who has decided to leave the Group. As Chief Strategy Officer, Rotger will be responsible for shaping the company’s business strategy, driving mergers and acquisitions, and supporting long-term growth plans. He brings with him close to 30 years of experience in the home appliance industry, having previously held leadership positions at Whirlpool and Haier. Most recently, Rotger was involved in a sustainability-focused startup in the home appliance sector.

Rotger will be based at Electrolux Group’s headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, and is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction and accelerating its focus on innovation and sustainability.
