Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, June 2025 – Aaron Tevebaugh has been promoted to Senior Director of Regional Operations at Johnstone Supply, taking on a pivotal leadership role overseeing daily operations for five locations and 50 staff members across the Greater Indianapolis Region. This promotion reflects Aaron’s deep operational expertise and his exceptional contributions to Johnstone’s talent development and organizational excellence over the past three years.
Prior to his current role, Aaron served as Senior Director of Talent Development, where he led the Operations Excellence Team, Technical Training, and Logistics functions across a 250-person organization in five states. He partnered with external career centers to build future talent pipelines and was the organization’s primary facilitator for leadership courses, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and performance coaching. Aaron’s initiatives included modernizing the performance evaluation framework and introducing high-impact training strategies to enhance employee capability and engagement.
Before that, as Director of Learning and Development, Aaron spearheaded a culture change initiative aligning leadership development and customer service excellence with the company’s core mission and values. He oversaw two training teams, managed training budgets, and played a strategic role in ensuring organizational learning objectives supported long-term growth.
Earlier, in his role as Senior Manager – Development and Performance, Aaron developed and delivered leadership and technical training programs, achieving a 95% course completion and 99% satisfaction rate. His efforts in new hire training, performance coaching, and personnel investigations significantly improved organizational retention and compliance.
Beyond Johnstone Supply, Aaron has held impactful public service and leadership roles. He served on the Town Council of Avon, Indiana for eight years, including two years as President, overseeing public safety, education partnerships, and fiscal management. He also served over a decade with the City of Indianapolis as Director – Office of Career and Leadership Development, where he led executive education programs, designed leadership academies, and improved talent selection and training systems. His earlier entrepreneurial ventures include owning Subway franchises and property development firms.
